Abhivandan to Abhinandans

Abhinandan to Abhivandans
Subramanian Bharati, our National poet wrote:

We will have thousands of division among us
But where is the place for any outsider to intrude among us
Even though brothers born for a mother fight among themselves
Finally they are brothers—(rough translation by me)

This is what is happening now in the post-Abhinandan scenario. The following dialogue between me and one person who represents the anti-Modi camp will highlight it. We all know Kashmir is a problem, but we cannot accept Pakistan’s solution. As one of the panelists in one TV said, even if we give Kashmir as per the demand of Pakistan, they won’t let us live in peace. Kashmir is not the actual problem between Pakistan and India. They want to take revenge for separating East Pakistan from it, creating Bangladesh by Indra Gandhi. Above all, China also does not want the problem to be solved between India and Pakistan. That is the trump card it has to create a hurdle before India to become its challenger in Asia. It wants to retain the monopoly as the powerful nation in Asia. So it has to keep the problem between Pakistan and India alive. Remember that “The Muslim League was not even satisfied with the securing (p.275) of Pakistan. It adopted the slogan: ‘Has ke liya hai Pakistan, ladke lenge Hindustan’ means—‘We have achieved Pakistan in fun, we shall now take Hindustan by force.’ Is this not the worst insult to the heinous injury done to this land?….”— K.P. Chon, Remedy the Frauds in Hinduism, Mumbai, Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, 1992. pp.275-76
Those Anti-Modi camp people who shed crocodile tears for the Kashmiri separatist conveniently forgot about Kashmiri Pandits who were driven by the same separatist. You have to see the way they live in Kashmiri gate area in Delhi in one room tin-roofed houses as refugees. One Kashmiri Pandit living there told one time in one TV interview that they have to share that single room tin sheet roof even with their grown up married children, whereas they lived happily in their comfortable houses in a good environment in Kashmir. In this Post-Pulwama incident, no one talks about them or remembers them, but only wants to appease the Kashmiri separatist as if the Pundits exist or ever lived in Kashmir. Is this done because they are ‘Hindus’? If any small things happen to any religious minorities in any part of India then all the Media make a huge noise and blame it on Modi. When it comes to the Pundits, they keep quiet as if they never existed on earth! Kashmir is not an exclusive property to these separatists or even to the Muslims. It belongs to Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh region, finally to India as a whole. If the separatist are not happy there, they have the option to go and live in Pakistan, unlike the Kashmiri Pandits who were driven away from their home. Claiming that ‘Terrorists and suicide bombers claim more lives in Pakistan every week than for a whole year in India’ is not our creation or problem. It is their own creation. If the current policy in Kashmir cannot keep Kashmiris happy, they have to sit and talk with their own people viz., Indians and other Kashmiris like Pundits and should never become proxies to fight for the terrorist and Kashmir separatists. If the home grown terrorists remain a spoiled child we can reform them, but if they begin to put the same side goal and become proxies for the Pakistan terrorists then we have to eliminate them and we cannot keep those who put the same side goal to be part of our team and continue to play with the opponents.
As another Panelist shared: Another reason for the Kashmir problem is the Army in Pakistan. Most of the business is controlled by the few Army chiefs who exploit Pakistan resources and save it abroad to live a comfortable life. For this, they need a puppet government there and keep alive the problem between Pakistan and India. A strong, stable and democratic Pakistan is impossible and the army won’t allow it to happen. We should continue to isolate Pakistan from International community and continue to put economic and political pressure on it. Similarly, we should continue the preventive strikes to talk to the militant in their own language. Time for talk has gone, as Modi said well, time for action has come. But we need not do it only by preventive strike but there are other means at our disposal. To do that we need a strong and a stable leader and government which at present Modi alone can give. Modis may come and go, but Congress can never bring any solution to the Kashmir problem which it has created in the first place.
There is no point in quoting BBC News-Narendra Modi versus Imran Khan: who won the war of perception? We know how biased the BBC is. It is one of the racist TVs. When any terrorist attacks happens in the West then BBC will cover it for several hours even for several days. But when the same happens in non-Western countries, it will be just one of the several pieces of quick news. For example, when Boko Haram attacked Baga in Nigeria in 2015 and killed several hundreds of (faceless, voiceless innocent) people, neither the media nor the so-called world leaders paid any SERIOUS attention to it. That is why Archbishop Kaigama of Nigeria rightly condemned this kind of indifference by western countries on the terrorist attack in Nigeria (B.B.C. World news, 12-1-2015, 4.30 IST). But when the Paris attack happened, the same BBC covered it for several days. (see also my two articles in the blog: Fanaticism in the Name of Freedom and the Real World of the West) We Indians cannot live on the perceptions of the media—local, national or International. Let them do it for TRP. Let Modi continue to do the right things which he initiated by the Surgical strike and preventive strike. We Indians are with him and we may end up paying a heavy price for it. But in any proxy war by the terrorist, this is inevitable. And we pay our respect and Abhivandan to all the Abhinandan of Indian Arm forces that are paying it physically.
[02/03, 11:50 p.m.] C: Modi did a poor job compared to his counterpart across the border.
[03/03, 5:09 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: No. His counterpart across the border played to the media gallery Modi remains consistent, strong, brave and unwavering. We Indians salute him. We need such a leader
[03/03, 5:25 a.m.] C: Modi always play to the media gallery
[03/03, 5:27 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: Modi bashing Indian media also kept quiet in this. Imran has no other options under Geneva convention regarding releasing war prisoners. Imran not only threw a no ball, but he was clean a no ball, but also clean bold out?? by his own ball.
[03/03, 5:30 a.m.] C: Modi is loved by Hindi media. He is not Prime Minister for alI Indians. Only for Gujarati and Hindi Speaking Gujarati and Hindi speaking Indians who are Hindu. I do not trust him at all.
[03/03, 5:31 a.m.] C: He has ruined our Hindu civilization.
[03/03, 5:31 a.m.] C: He and Amit Shah are two men bjp party.
[03/03, 5:32 a.m.] C: You should read critics like Sinha and Shourie from within the party.
[03/03, 5:32 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: You are welcome not to trust, but we Indians need him. Even the English media which bash him, quiet this time on this issue
[03/03, 5:33 a.m.] C: He and Trump and the North Korean leader are all alone.
[03/03, 5:34 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: This shows and proves the democracy in bjp, no congress man can do this and continue in the party can do this and continue in the party.
[03/03, 5:34 a.m.] C: That is why we lost two planes, one pilot and almost another. Pakistan is not like sending planes into Nepal or Bhutan.
[03/03, 5:34 a.m.] C: Or Bangladesh.
[03/03, 5:34 a.m.] C: Congress is no alternative.
[03/03, 5:35 a.m.] C: That is sad, but they surprisingly won in Hindi heartland.
[03/03, 5:35 a.m.] C: That shows that Indian democracy is alive and well.
[03/03, 5:35 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: In war losses are acceptable, but not putting the same side goal
[03/03, 5:37 a.m.] C: Terrorists and suicide bombers claim more lives in Pakistan every week than for a whole year in India.

[03/03, 5:38 a.m.] C: Can the current policy in Kashmir really keep Kashmiris happy?
I do not think so. I really do not know the solution either.
[03/03, 5:40 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: We are not responsible for that. But that is not an
not an excuse to support terrorism in India by Pakistan
[03/03, 5:40 a.m.] C: The terrorist that killed our soldiers was home grown and somehow got the RDX in Kashmir.
[03/03, 5:41 a.m.] C: I do not think that is an excuse. They just want to keep the Kashmir issue alive for their political purposes and so do we. I really do not think so. I really do not know the solution either.(space)  I(space)see no solution like Israel and Palestine.
[03/03, 5:42 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: What about the people in Jammu and Ladakh?
If some Kashmiris don’t like it, then they have the option to move to Pakistan.
[03/03, 5:42 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: Then the credit goes to congress first.
[03/03, 5:44 a.m.] C: There was really no other party for 40+years, so they have to be blamed for all our problems and successes.
[03/03, 5:45 a.m.] C: It will only breed more home grown terrorism.
[03/03, 5:45 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: Their patterns are in Pakistan. That is the main issue. If they are spoiled children, we can reform, but when they become namak harami, we have to eliminate them along with their patrons
[03/03, 5:46 a.m.] C: Cannot eliminate swamiji. I wish it were that easy. Then we would have solved it long back.
[03/03, 5:46 a.m.] C: Only if somehow India and Pakistan together fight terrorism will there be a solution.
[03/03, 5:47 a.m.] C: Anyway I can only pray that peace prevails in kashmir. That there will be some solution.
[03/03, 5:47 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: Claiming only credit, not accepting the responsibility is that mark of congress, particularly soniya family. In this Modi stands different.
[03/03, 5:49 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: We know that, but we can’t go on appeasing them. When we begin to speak in their language, they will begin to understand others’ pain.
