I never believe in the statement that ‘God is first, the rest is next’. Once we keep God as the center of life, we cannot give such priority to God as if He is not required in other areas of life. Particularly in ministry, keeping such a wrong motto often neglects a holistic approach to life and ministry. But a servant of God cannot do well if she neglects her other priorities, particularly her responsibilities to her immediate family. However, I know there are some people who, not agreeing with this, always keep an eye on the overall needs of the servants of God and do their best for them to serve the Lord holistically. I experienced this and wrote this song, dedicating it to such people who serve the servants of the Lord. [The context of this song is very difficult to understand. There are a few leaders who understand the needs of those who serve the Lord and serve them with much dedication.] Those who support the service of a person are easily recognized. But those who take care of the needs of those who serve are rarely noticed.
