As I was admitted to the hospital with a heart-related problem, it will be determined on the 6th whether I need open-heart surgery or just a pacemaker. In one way, I am content to leave this earth at this stage, as I have nothing left to accomplish except my debt to my mother. As I was reflecting on this, I wrote this song.
There is no need for any commentary on this poem, which might be my final song. Or perhaps I will come back again to enjoy this beautiful creation by God and celebrate my devotion alongside every devotee of the Lord.

From 4:00 a.m., I couldn’t sleep as the treatment procedure began. Both doctors and nurses came frequently to check on me and take blood samples for tests. So, I couldn’t sleep until 10:30 p.m. I told the doctor who came to the room that I needed some sleep. He advised me to rest well and assured me that no one would disturb me. Both my sister and her husband, who are staying with me, became extremely tired and fell asleep. Then, someone from the canteen knocked on the door. Without disturbing my sister and her husband, I asked him to take it. After that, I couldn’t sleep. So, I thought I should write another song to tease the Lord, as I always loved doing that. Next to writing songs about longing for Him, I love to write songs teasing Him. Then, I wrote this song.

An infant lives a carefree life as it has its mother always with it to take care of all its needs. Even though it cannot understand or ask for its needs, it is cared for. Similarly, living as an infant with the Lord, as Her child, is a wonderful experience in a devotee’s life. Of all the relationships, the intimacy that a devotee has with her Lord is most profound when the Lord becomes her Mother.
