BT Song 546
This is my continuous meditation on the previous song. God gave His grace not only because we are created in His image which we lost, but as He too came taking our nature and experienced the cruelty of rejection, in order to restore us back to our original nature—His image, He gave grace. No doubt that we humans alone are eligible to realize that Grace.
BT Song 546 மீண்டும் பெற்றேன்
எந்தத் தகுதி என்னிடம் பார்த்தாய்
உந்தன் கிருபையை தந்திடும் போது
உனது சாயலாய்ப் படைத்தை எண்ணி
உள்ளம் உருகி மீட்டுக் கொண்டாயோ
மனிதன் என்ற தகுதி ஒன்றை
முதலில் நீயே தந்ததாலே
அந்தச் சாயலை நீயுமே ஏற்று
அதனால் என்னையும் ஆட்கொண்டாயோ
படைப்பின் உயர்வாய் என்னையும் வைத்தாய்
படைப்பை ஆள வரமும் அளித்தாய்
அந்த உயர்வை நானும் இழக்க
அதிகம் இரக்கம் எம்மேல் கொண்டாய்
இழந்த உயர்வை மீண்டும் அடையும்
எண்ணம்கூட நாங்களும் இழக்க
இரக்கம் அதினால் இன்னமும் கொண்டு
இழப்பைப் புரியும் மனதை தந்தாய்
மனதின் மூலம் இழப்பைப் புரிந்தேன்
இழந்த மீட்பைத் தேடியே வந்தேன்
அதை எனக்கு அளிக்க வந்த
உன்னை மட்டும் பற்றிக் கொண்டேன்
உனது தகுதி ஒன்றின் மூலம்
மீண்டும் இழந்த சாயல் பெற்றேன்
அடைந்த அதை இழக்கா வண்ணம்
அருளை என்றும் நானே பெற்றேன்

BT Song 546 Received again
When you bestowed your grace
What kind of qualification did you see in me?
As you have created me in your image
Did you redeem me by having mercy upon me?
As you gave me human identity
As my first qualification
Did you took that identity
And lord over me
You kept me at the top of creation
And gave the boon to rule it
As I have lost that boon
You had more sympathy towards me
As we lost even the thought to
Regain that lost status
Having more pity on us
Gave us a heart to understand that loss
I understood what I have lost
And came seeking to regain my redemption
And I cling to you who came
To give it back to me
Only through your qualification
I regained that lost image
Not again to lose it
I received grace again from you.

BT Song 547
The real bliss in bhakti is in singing about God. That too when we write new poems and to praise and worship the Lord, the bliss that we receive is beyond comparison. I always prefer to worship him more by singing than by any other means.

நீ தர வேண்டும்
உனைப் பாடும் மனதை
தினம் தர வேண்டும்

You should give me
A boon
You should give me a heart
To sing about you
I should proclaim
All the good that you have done to me
And I should sing
Praising every day
How many blessings
You might have given to me
This is the best one
Among them all
In order to get
The bliss of bhakti
This is the most
Simplest way
Giving mukti
Is very easy for you
But gaining bhakti
Is very difficult for us
But to proclaim
The greatness of mukti
Only through bhakti
Remains very dear to me
As long as you will
Keep me on this earth
This one you should
Give to me having compassion upon me
As I received that
Great blessing
I should praise you
By singing each day

BT Song 548
For me The Word of God is foundational for my bhakti. Of course we disagree in our interpretation and understanding. But in every sampradaya, the respective Scripture is the foundation for it. Nobody can claim that she understood about God (of that particular sampradaya [sect]) rejecting its foundational scripture.

உனது வேதம் எனது தீபம்
இருளின் ஊடே வழியைக் காட்ட
இடறி விழுந்தால் தூக்கி எடுக்கும்
என்றும் உன்னில் நிலைக்க வைக்கும்
கலங்கும் நேரம் தேற்றி அணைக்கும்
கண்ணின் இமைபோல் என்னைக் காக்கும்
காவல் மீறிச் செல்லும் போது
கோலாய் மாறி என்னை மறிக்கும்
இறைவன் சித்தம் இன்னதென்று
எனக்கு உணர்த்தி அழைத்துச் செல்லும்
எல்லை மீறிப் போகும் முன்னால்
எச்சரித்து என்னைத் திருத்தும்
உனது கருணை அதை விளக்கி
என்றும் உன்னைப் பணியவைக்கும்
உனது மேன்மை மேலும் அறிய
உள்ளின் ஒளியை ஏற்றி வைக்கும்
வேதம் அன்றி உன்னை அறிய
வேறு வழியோ எமக்கு இல்லை
அதன் சிறப்பை அறிந்து கொள்ள
உன்னை விட்டால் வழியும் இல்லை
வேதம் தந்து எம்மை உய்த்தாய்
இரக்கம் கொண்டு எமக்குத் தந்தாய்
அதனைக் கொண்டு உன்னை அறிந்து
என்றும் உன்னில் வாழ வைத்தாய்

BT Song 548 Your Veda
Your Veda is the lamp for me
To show the path in darkness
It will help me stand when I stumble
And keep me anchored in you
When I am disturbed it will comfort me
And will protect me as the apple of the eye
When I go astray
It will stop me by becoming a stick
It will take and lead me
By showing the will of God for me
When I will transgress beyond limit
It will warn and correct me
Explaining your compassion
It will make me to obey you
In order to understand your glory more
It will enlighten my inner light
Without Veda there is no other way
For us to understand about you
And there is none other than you
To realize its greatness
By giving the Veda you redeemed us
And having mercy upon us you gave that to us
To know more about you through that
You helped us to live in you

Our mortal body is a wonderful creation which often communicates the beautiful message about relationships. Not a single cell and bacteria in our system is a waste and God never created any one of them unnecessarily. To understand and enjoy the entire body we need to understand their mutual dependency and relationship. When I see my own body I thank God for the wonderful relationship that I have with him and other bhaktas

உறவு உண்டு உன்னிடம் வர
உரிமை உண்டு உன்னிடம் சொல்ல
அருளும் உண்டு நானும் பெற
அன்பும் உண்டு நீயும் தர
இந்த உறவைப் பெற்றதாலே
அடைந்த மேன்மை என்ன சொல்ல
அத்துடன் உரிமை சேர்ந்து கொள்ள
அடைந்த பேற்றை எப்படிச் சொல்ல
விந்தையாக என்னைப் படைத்தாய்
வேண்டும் யாவும் எனக்கு அளித்தாய்
உடலின் மூலம் உன்னை அறிய
ஆயிரம் செயலை அதனுள் வைத்தாய்
தோலும், எலும்பும், நரம்பும் சேர்ந்து
சொல்லும் ஆயிரம் செய்திகள் எனக்கு
அவற்றின் செயலை எண்ணும் போது
உனது படைப்பின் விந்தை தெரியுது
தேவை யற்ற ஒன்றைக் கூட
தவறிக் கூட வைக்கவில்லை
தேவைப் படும் என்று எண்ணி
அதிகம் ஒன்று சேர்க்க வில்லை
உயிரணுக்கள் ஒன்று சேர
உருவெடுத்து வந்த போதும்
அவற்றில் உயிரை வைத்து என்னை
உனது உறவாய் ஆக்கிக் கொண்டாய்
இந்த உறவை அறிந்த நானும்
உனது உடலின் அங்கமென்னும்
உரிமை உன்னால் பெற்றுவிட்டேன்
உனது சொந்தம் ஆகிவிட்டேன்

BT Song 549 I got your relationship
I have relationship with you to come unto you
And I have the right to tell about it to you
Grace is there for me to receive
And you have love to bestow that to me
As I received this relationship
What can I say about the noble status that I gained?
Added to this as I received my right
What can I say about its greatness?
You created me wonderfully
And bestowed all that I required
In order to understand you through my body
You kept so many activities in it
Skin, bone and nerve joining together
Will tell thousands of messages to me
When I think about their activities
It reveals the wonder of your creation
You never provided even one small thing
Unnecessarily in it
Thinking that it will be useful
You never put one thing extra
Though as the cells
Joined together we born
Giving life in it
You make us as your own
As I understood this relationship
I become the member of your body
And I gained this right because of you
And become your own

The companionship that the Lord provides is beyond comprehension. He stands with us in every walk of life. When I meditated about this, I wrote this song.
