But without watching we exchanged few following messages on this topic
[24/04, 10:44 a.m.] Dayanand Bharati: All those outside the power can blame any leader, not only Modi but even Sonia or Rahul. This is the cost of leadership. Even you as a leader to any small team or to your home have to face this. Sit on the chair then you will feel the heat.
[24/04, 10:55 a.m.] Anti Modi: any rational thinking Prime Minister would go into disaster control mode in this situation.. bringing the latest resource to make things happen…. only Modi can still plan for election rally trying to expand his influence capture states, allow kumb mela to happen and do such things… this is insane from a leader…

After these exchanges finally I wrote this response to him:
Let me begin with a positive note. When the pandemic was low after January, at Madurai GH, the in charges of the hospitals piled up the oxygen cylinders by refilling the empty cylinders to be ready to face any kind of crisis in future. For this they never asked the permission of The Collector or the CM, as it is within their right to do. For this others cannot claim any credit, including the in charge of the hospital as they have done only their duty.
First you should understand that providing health is the state subject in which the Central government cannot interfere unless there is a national crisis like this pandemic. Even in this the Central government can only co-ordinate with the co-operation of the state govts. This rule is applicable all the time—either with Modi or anyone as the PM.
Now let me again begin from the local how this oxygen crisis was politicized. At Tutucurin some local people opposed to open the Starlight factory to produce oxygen. One of the reasons they gave was that if it is opened then it will discredit the death of 13 people who were shot down by the police during the agitation. What they want to say is that in order to give credit to those died in the agitation, which is very regrettable they don’t mind to allow more people to die without oxygen. They forget the fact that by allowing the production in fact they will honour the death of those 13 people. But it was pure local politics. Finally the Supreme Court has to whip the State government and finally in the all part meeting held today (26-04-2021), it was decided to allow the Vedanta to open the Tuticorin factory to produce Oxygen.
But even Tamilnadu CM objected to send oxygen to Andhra whereas there is enough supply to face any crisis in Tamilnadu. Even the opposition parties joined in the chorus. Then how can we request the Andhra government to give Krishna water when face any draught? See what happened at Delhi. When several local doctors literarily begged the Rajasthan govt to send oxygen tankers from their Oxygen factories it refused by telling that they might need in case of any serious crises. Now note Rahul said that as the present govt failed to handle the crisis properly Congress men in the country FORGETTING ALL POLITICS should help the people as IT IS THE DHARMA OF CONGRESS. But his own Congress govt at Rajasthan failed to uphold the same Congress dharma. Whereas the Haryana govt come forward to send Oxygen tankers. But the one problem they faced is that the nasal of those tankers are different one to refill the oxygen cylinders at Delhi. To change and refill the cylinder will take time and men power which is precious to waste. But in all this all the political parties played only politics including BJP.
There is no point in blaming the central government for every nation crisis in which the state governments alone have major role to play. Not realizing this when some people like in this video began to blame only Modi or any other PM makes no sense for any people who wants to think rationalistically without emotion and sentiment.
